Our Team
President - Kelly Christian
Kelly’s love of animals started as a child growing up on a ranch in the North Fork Valley of Colorado, where she developed a strong connection to large and small animals and a sense of responsibility for their care. Her childhood experiences of rescuing and rehabilitating animals have shaped her ongoing commitment to helping animals in need.
Kelly's volunteer work at the animal shelter and her efforts to secure funding for programs such as spay & neutering initiatives and medical care underscore her passion for improving the lives of shelter animals. Her networking efforts with shelters across Colorado highlight her dedication to building a supportive community of organizations working toward the same goal.
Treasurer - Vicki Striegal
Vicki made Rangely home in 1993. For as long as she can remember, animals have been a part of her life. Her best friends have included dogs, cats, cockatiels, parakeets, ferrets, rabbits, and, of course, horses.
Marketing Director - Jessica Palmer
Jessica has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember. From a very young age, she has been an outspoken advocate for animals and their welfare, and is committed to ensuring they are treated with compassion and respect. This passion led her to begin volunteering at the animal shelter, where she has developed a deeper understanding of the challenges shelter animals face and the incredible difference that care, advocacy, and community support can make. Volunteering has deepened her commitment to ensuring every animal has the chance to feel safe and loved. She is proud to be a part of 4R Animals, where she can turn a lifelong love for animals into meaningful action.
